No, this doesn't have the fuel pressure regulator with the little hose. It has a control pressure regulator (aka warm up regulator). I have not checked the return line that is a consideration. The indie mechanic that I had check the pressures tells me that it sounds like fuel starvation (?) to him.....maybe the engine runs on the cold start injector fuel until it shuts off and it uses it up. But when I pulled the injectos and ran the pumps this morning, the injectors put out plenty of fuel...so I still suspect too MUCH fuel?!
