Clean up the grounds... I think they all hook to the bottom bolt of the hood strut. Could be a poor connection there, at one of the sockets at the rear of the lamps, or possibly wiring in between. There's another ground connection just to the left of the top of the radiator -- don't remember if that had to do with headlights as well, but check it too.
