Shift knob cap? 200

I have an M47 on one of my 88s, and the thing rattles up a storm. But it's not the cap. I take the cap off and it still rattles. The rattle is inside the shifter knob. I think it's just old and when I have a spare $40 or whatever it is, I'll replace the knob.
