originality - overdrive on wagon 120-130

I have a driveable '66 wagon with a D-type OD in it that works! It looks like a retrofit a previous owner (bless him!) did 'cause there is no OD switch anywhere and no indicator light on the dash. Due to some earlier dedicated scrounging, there's a good column switch and OD indicator light here (like in 123GT) that would be really nice to add, and those "overdrive" emblems are still available.

Functionality will win, but before punching a hole in the dash, I have to ask about originality: were 122 wagons ever officially sold by dealers with the Laycock overdrive installed (with OD, switch, light & emblem), or are all wagons with OD due to owner retrofits? I don't have any old sales brochures to refer to, and I've never noticed a wagon with all of this stuff on it at once. . . . the only "overdrive" emblems I've seen have all been on sedans.
