One other thing you can do is swap the Power Stages. There two on this engine, one for the cyls. 1-3 and the second for 4-6. There is one on each side of the bulbous part of the lower intake manifold. You could swap them and see if the problem moves to cyl.#2 from #5. I have heard cases where a bad power stage can be responsible for only 1 dead ignition pulse.
