DON'T switch to an electric pump. The OEM Pierburg pump provides exactly
the right pressure. More will insure constant flooding.
(If you get a replacement pump make sure it is not an off-brand. Most are
shoddy, if not cheap, imitations. Other good brands, like AC have been out of
production so long as to be doubtful.
