Plastic dash cover adhesive

I installed IPD’s Plastic cover on daughter’s 1980 242, I used the clear RTV silicon adhesive that was supplied. After running a bead around the edges, I used TP rolls to stuff against the glass to apply pressure until the adhesive dried. It turned out pretty good!
