Agreed on the airbag bit.

On a non-airbag car, I'm down to 1 1/2 hours.

World Record for a "by the book" R & R is 45 minutes. Held by Tim Walma - he's the PO of several cars I've owned, the service manager at the local dealer, and the winner of the international VISTA competition 5 years running.
