Places to Degrease Engine (semi-legally) in Los Angeles?

I have seen some DIY car wash places that do not disallow it, and infact, have a setting for "degreasing". One I recall is down in Pico Rivera.

Just be cautious of the DIY places that recycle water. Actually, be cautious of any car wash that recycles water ... whatever crap was on the previous cars will end up on your's too.
