The following instructions are from the Haynes manual and are for the B21/23 engine. The B230 is very similar to this (except the front pulley must be removed from the B230 -- it does not disassemble as does the B21/23 pulley).

The location of the timing marks is illustrated in figure 9.4a, and illustration 9.7 shows the timing mark at the crank sprocket.
