'Catalyser', engine, and year? 200 1991

I think that the bore and stroke were altered to get the 1986cc B200 E and F engines. I gather that some European countries offered 'tax breaks' on new cars with engines less than 2000cc. This only applied to company cars in the UK, however.

A 'Catalyser' is indeed a catalytic convertor. Many pre-1992 UK model Volvos had a 'Catalyser' badge on their rear ends to show off which was then a novelty-'Cats' became compulsory on British gasoline engined cars in mid-1992.
