Pretty easy, I should think.

Inside, remove your glovebox- philips-head screws, 7? of them. The arm's held to the motor with a clip and washer, if I remember right. Pair of pliers.The wipermotor is held to the firewall with 3 bolts, 10mm head I think. An extension will make them easier to get at with your ratchet. It's also held to the firewall with black goop- careful prying with a flathead or puttyknife.
