No start - code 232 213 131 700 1990

On the drive home my 1990 740 check engine light flickerd a few times then came on steady, started idling rough in stop n go traffic, erratically dropping 200-300 rpm, but still ran good off idle but noticed strong exhaust fumes.
The next day it barely started and ran for only a few seconds between 300-400 rpm, now when cranking it acts like its only hitting on 1 cyl.

replaced the flywheel sensor, unplugged the air mass, no effect.
