I did replace the crank sensor as I noticed the wire insulation was gone when I removed the dist.. I used Bosh parts, I usually buy from Eeuro. The fact that this is just so intermintent and only at idle is baffling. I also pulled the coil off the power module and cleaned the contacts between them. All to no avail.
