yes i would check the pump relay and the pump fuse
also check the computer relay
easy thing to do is to check for the voltage at the pump itself

you can also listen for buzzing sound from the pump

or if you get desperate you can dissconect main fuel supply to the engine and see if any fuel is coming in as you try to crank

if you use starting fluid and the engine turns once that in my opinion it is probably the fuel deliverence problem
