Engine will not run 200 1990

A sorta half catch, which you sorta described, would lead me toward the crank sensor. If it's not "sensing" correctly, it's not sparking correctly. And yes, these cars have the oh-yee-evil fuel computer, which often looses its ground. Wedge your test light into the yellow and black connector in the relay, attach the connector at the door, and see if it will start.
