Lower Steering U-Joint Replaced

Yeah....

BTDT

The job was somewhat easier when I:

First cleaned the accumulated crap off the steering column splines so the u-joint could slide easier.

Spread the female splines using a small chisel or screwdriver...

Wirebrush the splines and lubed with Never-Seize...

Used an air impact gun to drive it upwards...

When I did those things, the replacement u-joint slid on easily and into place by hand.
