Last month, I went to pick up an 1800 from my brother-in-law. He has a spare M41 D type so I threw it into the back of the wife's 740t. Sure enough, it tipped over and got gear oil on the floor of the trunk. I actually got most of it cleaned up with hot soapy water but it probably only leaked out 1/2 cup or so. I can still smell gear oil when I open the trunk though.
