Help me to identify my camshaft! 120-130

"Made in the USA" pretty much rules out a stock Volvo cam, eh guys? With that in mind you will probably have to map the valve lift with a dial indicator and degree wheel to know what it's specs really are. Unless someone happens to know all of Isky's, Comp's, Elgin's, etc... codes for casting?
