Fault Code 2-3-2

Since we don't know if the problem is too rich or too lean at idle, I would check the following:

Check fuel pressure. Any gas smell in the vacuum line to the FPR? If you have the equipment to measure the actual pressure, do so. (I often wish I had this)

Check out the O2 sensor output

Check hoses to the fuel cannister

Even though the idle compensation valve checked good, I'd take it out and clean it and its connector.
