big 740 problem 700

Hi guys, I just towed my 1988 740 gle home (237,000 miles). It overheated and is still leaking major radiator fluid. I have replaced all hoses / water pump / radiator recently. It is leaking from the back of the block like crazy. What do you think it could be? Head gasket-perhaps? Any ideas?
