Difficult cold start... could it be the 'cold start valve?' 200 1987

there is no cold start injector on the lh 2.2 cars. cold start is handled by the coolant temp sw and the ecu programming. at 65f, i doubt it's gotten cold enough. and, are you sure it's fuel? a tired coil on a chrysler ignition is very likley. have the ignition scoped and look for the reserve capacity of the coil. a cold start is a stress on the ignition system, even if the rest of it is new. good luck, chuck.
