Chuck's right, you have to take off the OTHER end of the rubber hoses first. The metal line unscrews from the metal crimped end of the rubber line. You'll need to loosen them both, then remove the lines from the caliper once they're free. If there are little extension tubes at the caliper end of the rubber line, then you should reuse them, BUT I have found that you don't have to- you can just use the little copper washer under the end of the new hose. They seem to be the same thread.
To get apart the metal line from the rubber line, you will need an 11mm flare nut wrench. Just about nothing else will work.
