rotors are the same between ate and girling. the later fuel injected cars had slitly thicker rotors than the early cars. just slightly. the thicker ones will do better with fade since they have more mass to take the heat and a slight more surface area to disipate it. KVR probably only make front pads for girling calipers since they are the more common on the car and to be rebuilt. also it is the same pad as a 240. i would contact them to make sure though. no i have not used any of there products yet. right now i have bremo rotors, they have been on the car a while. PBR ultimate ceramics in the front and metal masters in the back(i still have the original ate calipers in the rear and PBR does not make ceramics for them, only girling.) ipd lines, and ate super blue fluid. this combo i have been very happy with. it grabs better than stock, and has no fade that i have noticed(have not had it on the track or autoxed it yet, but i drive like @#$%&*.)i also have virgo rims on the car witch helps cooling the brakes. you could also take the inner dust gaurds off to get more air flow across the rotors to aid in cooling. with cooler brake you have less fade. i think it was george that told me to "leave them on to keep the squirls out". he has more years of wisdom than me so that might be somthing to consider. well anyway, best of luck
