Should I fix this car??? 700

I wouldn't bite on the ECU, they don't seem to go bad that often. If it runs with the new fuel injection relay, I'd exit. If you don't feel like playing with it, I'd recommend moving on to a newer vehicle. Just my 2 cents worth.
