Factory cargo barrier install

Hello,

I love the flip up/down cargo barrier I have in my 97-855. So I bought another one on ebay for my 91-745. It came in the original Volvo box. Parts were new in original plastic bags. It installed just fine, but I cannot figure out how this second barrier is secured in the up or down position. It does not have the little struts that my 97 barrier has. Am I missing a part? Those of you that have have one of these can you tell me how yours is held up and down. I have some left over plastic clips and two 1x3 metal pieces, but I cannot figure out how these would help or where they would mount. Currently Dr. Bungie has things in order but my spouse ( her car) is not pleased with this. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
