Anyone know something about the Zexel radial style compressor? I want to replace my leaking Deisel-Kiki with a junkyard unit because i want to do this on the cheap until other HVAC issues can get solved.

I found this Zexel, marked with a Volvo sticker, in an '85 740 GL. Probably an R-12. (didn't have my reading glasses!) I won't be converting to 134a just now.

My car is an '89 740 Turbo sedan.

Mounting location is the same and looks like the pipes will line up.
