sunroof headliner replacement 700 1987

I replaced my headliner earlier this year and found it to be a fairly easy job. The hardest part is getting the headboard out of the car. I used the headliner kit from www.ipdusa.com. Even if you don't use their kit, they have all of the directions on their website as a .pdf document. I highly suggest that you download it and take a look at it.

Based on your post, it does sound like your are missing the headboard. In that case, I'm not sure what to suggest.
