run the + on the back of the guage to fuse one. run the T looking symbol to ground, run the black wire going to the light to same ground, run other wire going to light (brown i think) to a light behind center console controlled by instrument light dimmer. or find one easier to splice into. i believe this to be correct as i have done three or four.
