SO everyone

turns out i have some sort of a bad waste gate actuator

i have hooked two vacuum meters before and after boost controler.
that did not too much

blowing 10 psi through inlet of actuator, actuator would not hold vacuum or boost

guess it's that peskey diaphram!


any thoughts
