Sunroof malfunction 700

The wind deflector should be retracted by the sliding panel pushing the arm shown downwards, there is no roller on mine, the metal of the roof bears directly on the arm.
Possibly the one or both of the arms is bent.

One of the front drain holes is shown, the rear drain is in the rear corner but can`t be seen without removing the sliding panel.
