It's in the flex disc coupling, did the same thing myself! Someone will likely give you detailed instructions but there is a good schematic in Haynes. You probably have the locating plate attached to the driveshaft flange, it needs to stagger. Take another look.

Also the thinner parts of the flex disc need to be able to flex between the drive and driven flanges.
