also, I bought a turbo 3 gauge cluster, I have the big hole where it fits nicely into but cannot find the plug for the gauges... There is that harness thing on the pod of gauges but I cannot find this connector either. again, is my car just not equiped with these wires?

No, unless your car came with these gauges (which yours did not) you won't find that harness installed in your car.
