B23f 16 valve ?

I have a happy lil 83 b23f lower end that I would like to make into a lil 1/4 mile motor. I plan to use a M50 tranny and run 4:56 rear

What is the most realistic hp i can get ( without turbo ) ?

Can a 16 valve head be adapted and is it really worth the trouble?
