Running rich under boost 700 1990

Black smoke when under boost means not all the air is getting to the engine.
You have a vacuum leak somewhere downstream of the turbo.
Check all your intake plumbing- somewhere in one of the rubber air hoses, there's a hole. My guess: the one on the outlet side of the intercooler, a short hose about 3" long.
