Mic'ed the cam and found only .253-.255 lift on a k-cam every lobe within a couple thousandths. So it was worn, albeit very evenly. The front cam bearing was dissolved, fractured, looked like it had melted away. That would explain my low oil pressure, I guess. No scoring on cam, though. Is this is pretty worn, and I should replace it (and the lifters)?
Appears I only need rings and a hone otherwise.
Those isky and ipd cams at .425 lift seem extreme. Would that be okay with k-jet and a stock F head?
