rip out sagging headliner material......... 700

take down the fabric and scrap the old foam away ,that should leave you with a firm surface .
3M makes a spray adhesive #90 or something like that (home depot carries).
spray the roof and reattach the old fabric .you'll get out for under 10 bucks.
mine is still holding after 3 years.
