Self-Locking Tailgate? 200

As I discovered, one of the bolts holding the exterior tailgate handle worked itself loose, preventing the lock mechanism from swinging all the way over to 100% unlock. When it's in between, as it prolly the case here, it's easy to jolt it between locked and unlocked.
