They are 5/16" bolts on 2 1/8" centers both ways. The bore of both the
HS6 and the HIF6 is 1 3/4" and the center is at the center of the bolt pattern.
The HD8 carbs also use the same bolt pattern but have a 2" bore.

The bolt holes in the carbs are slightly big to avoid binding. I didn't
actually measure the hole diameter but I would guess they are maybe 1/64"
oversize or so.
