Hi. On my 121 you can see "W=64" and "VDO". We use here metrics (the velocimeter are on Km/hr). Just the diameter width of the tyre is 64 cms (I use a local version of the skinny originals).

Make sense, if you change the tyre+wheel diameter, you change also the ranges on the velocimeter.
