Forget it dude, order all your parts online. I order from Importec (http://www.importeccatalog.com) and have had great experiences with them (all orders in 2 days max, always helpful, etc.) but there are others as well. I just wouldn't buy parts that aren't original, and in your case it should be Bosch.

Price for the parts at Importec is:

Bosch Dist. Cap = $33.69
Aftermarket Cap = $34.54
Bosch Rotor = $5.72
Scan-Tech (aftermarket) Rotor = $10.00

The only parts I don't buy online these days are unique dealer only items. Oh, and shipping is free over $50, so get everything you need in one swoop.
