When retracting the piston into the caliper, if you tried to do it with say, a set of channel lock pliers on one edge of the piston, it can go in at an angle and gert stuck ( cocked ) in the bore of the caliper to where it won't move, causing the car to pull to the other side when braking.
Another thing to look for is make sure the sliding pins that the caliper is mounted on ( if so equipped on that model ) are free of rust and greased.
