I'm sorry, I do not know where in the engine bay the start inhibitor relay is located. I'm pretty sure it is one of the round three prong relays like the reverse lights relay. The Haynes 140 manual is not as easy to read as the 122 version in regards to the BW, but I'm pretty sure it's the only round three-prong relay with a GREEN wire going to it. The green wire needs to be re-routed to the spade terminal on the starter. The rest of it gets tossed out.
Wires are filled with smoke, not gas. When you let the smoke out, it's all over.
