Fuel pump relay timer? 700

There is no timing circuit on my 87 or 90 (2.2lH and 2.4LH). The following is the sequence for fuel pump activation. Note this is contingent on main relay activation first.

You can quickly check when 12 volts is present at T-85. I think you will find that it is NOT present in position II for any amount of time. There is a one way valve on end of fuel pump to maintain pressure at injectors for quick start.
