I have 240 highback seats in my 145.
I remember drilling 4 hoes through the u-shaped 140 floor bar to bolt the 240 seats onto. They go 'way back now, but are at least an inch higher off the floor. I have to kind of squeak under the steering wheel to get in now, but I like the higher position.
I keep meaning to remount them lower, somehow.
