Does anyone know how to decipher Bosch part numbers?? 900

Picked up a Bosch ignition amplifier (power stage) today at the local pick and pull... I know it will fit my '94 940T but I am curious as to the date of manufacture. The only number that are different between the one I picked up and the one on my car is 461 vs. 366 (located just above the part number).

Does anyone know how to decipher the coding on Bosch components or would I have to call Bosch directly?? (it's not that important)
