spark control 140-160

Thanks Steve. I've got access to all the CNC and other industrial toys I can dream of, but being an electronic engineer I don't like getting my hands dirty... Don't want to take apart my everyday driver and not know how to put it back together again! Was thinking it's easier to make a wheel for the distributor and design all the electronics as a hobby project. EDIS is great for higher rev engines where accuracy is important, but mine is (and will stay) an automatic in a country where the speed limit is 100km/h, where proposals are on the table for lowering it to 90km/h, they might enforce by law that electronic governers get installed, and they might start prosecuting manufacturers for selling cars that are able to break the speed limit! Of cause these are just proposals, but to think that is was actually suggested! Any way, our company is one of the largest international designers and manufacturers of electric fence energizers, so an ignition should be simple. (For you farmers, our brand names are Stafix, Speedrite and PEL, and a few months ago we launched a very nice energizer in the States called Patriot). Have fun...
