PV Dash removal 444-544

Hi George,
Will this method work with one of those banjo wire style PV wheels? I have yet to take the nut off but am at a loss as to how to pull the steering wheel off since at this point it has no visable holes to screw steering wheel puller bolts into. I do not have a puller like the one shown in my repair manual. It is a special Volvo tool that fits around the outside.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
