For Walrus3 700

The lugs. You tighten all the lug nuts and by the time the 2 flanges
come together you have used the inside top of the thing to push the axle
through and loose. If you didn't pull far enough, take off the lug nuts
and put a spacer inside and go at it again. If you get it really, really
REALLY tight and nothing has moved, a smack on the end with a big hammer
will help. You can see by the undamaged red paint that it has not been
necessary.
