All of them that I have seen like mine (one other) were home made.
The Volvo manual shows a tool (SVO 1791) which is like mine but deeper
and with a big press screw in the center, so the pressure is applied
with the press screw rather than the lugs, which just hold it in place.

Some parts stores and many rental outfits have pullers to rent. If you
rent a puller be SURE it fastens to the lug bolts/nuts, not to the edge
of the drum. You can turn the drum inside out without pulling it off...
